Starsky

Starsky and Hutch were born on July 22, 2011. They were from a reputable goat breeder in Santa Rosa. When Vince and Thao moved out to the Vacaville countryside in 2011, they had limited knowledge about livestock... let alone knew about any existing livestock rescue organizations at the time. To ensure that they would care for the goats properly, they turned to a Santa Rosa family who were very knowledgeable about goats. Vince named the duo "Starsky and Hutch" as an homage to his career in law enforcement.

Starsky is a little bit more shy and reserved. He prefers to stay home with his friends while his brother attends the community events. In 2024, both goats turned 13 years old. They're still doing very well.
